Hello, I am Irina Kim Sang.

My passion for plants and nature has been a guiding force since childhood. Growing up, my parents had a garden where we cultivated a variety of vegetables and flowers. We preserved and pickled everything from jams to canned vegetables, and my parents still tend to this garden today. This deep-rooted connection to nature led me to co-found Miami Vertical Garden Inc. in July 2013.

I am Russian-Korean, educated in the United States and Europe, holding an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver and an M.Phil. in Marketing from the Maastricht School of Management. With 15 years of corporate marketing experience, including work with Pizza Hut and KFC across Russia, Kazakhstan, and the UAE, I transitioned to the real estate industry in Miami in 2010 as a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker.

Throughout my career, I have worked in the USA, UK, Russia, Kazakhstan, Czech Republic, Turkey, Thailand, UAE, and South Korea. Fluent in English and Russian, I bring a blend of cultural insights and professional expertise to Miami Vertical Garden Inc.

Inspired by the lush, green urban landscapes of Singapore, it is my dream to transform Miami into a recognized Garden City. My love for plants and commitment to sustainability drive our mission to create beautiful, eco-friendly living walls that enrich urban spaces and connect people with nature.

Hello, I am Victor M. Franco.

In July 2013, together with my business partner Irina Kim Sang, I co-founded Miami Vertical Garden Inc., specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of indoor and outdoor living walls.

While Irina brings inspiration to the team and sets high standards for ethics and customer service, I bring extensive experience in the landscape industry. My professional background includes five years in the rose import business and twelve years in landscape design with "Franco’s Gardening LLC," formerly known as "Garibelo Landscaping." I have built a high-profile clientele and have proven to be an irreplaceable landscaper and gardener.

Our team’s success is rooted in expert product knowledge, irrigation system proficiency, creativity, sophisticated design, logistics skills, and high business ethics. Originally from Colombia, I am fluent in English and Spanish. At Miami Vertical Garden Inc., we are dedicated to transforming spaces with beautiful, sustainable living walls that connect people with nature.

As Founding Partners, we are deeply passionate about the newest form of art – Living Walls. Committed to promoting innovative, low-impact materials to create more sustainable spaces, we specialize in designing, installing, and maintaining living art projects that inspire and captivate.
